Celeste Correa, M.D.

Celeste Correa, M.D., was born and raised in Puerto Rico, the Enchantment Island. With both her parents being family practice doctors she followed in their footsteps. Dr. Correa attended the University of Puerto Rico Medical School in Puerto Rico.

She met her husband Harry Alberti, M.D., while completing her family medicine residency. They have four children: Roberto teaches math and science at the American Heritage Academy in Cottonwood; Kamila recently received a degree in English from Arizona State University; Harry Roberto is studying at Arizona State University pursuing a medical degree; and Amanda is attending college.

Dr. Correa was in active duty for U.S. Air Force from 1991-1995, stationed at Andrews AFB in Maryland. She held a teaching position in family practice residency. She returned to Puerto Rico and worked mostly in private practice with her parents, brother and sister-in-law until she decided to return to the U.S. in 1998.

Dr. Correa practices family medicine and her interests include geriatrics and weight management.

Dr. Correa is fluent in Spanish and in her spare time she enjoys exercising and cooking.
