Harry Alberti, M.D.

Harry Alberti, M.D., is a board certified family physician from Puerto Rico. He has been in Cottonwood since December 1998. He attended the University of Puerto Rico Medical School and after residency went into the U.S. Air Force where he became a flight surgeon and served as the personal physician to the Secretary of Defense and to the Chairman of the Joints Chief of Staff (at the time General Colin Powell). After going back to Puerto Rico for a few years he relocated to Arizona with his wife Celeste Correa, M.D., (a partner at Family Health Providers) and their four children.
 
Since beginning at Verde Valley Medical Center, Dr. Alberti has served in all of the leadership positions in the Medical Staff and was the Chief of Staff for the hospital for two years.

 

He has been a member of the Verde Valley Medical Center Board of Directors since 2006.
 
Dr. Alberti loves treating children and works at VVMC as one of the providers in the Nursery taking care of newborns, in collaboration with his partner James Arthur, M.D.

Dr. Alberti enjoys what he does everyday, which is helping patients of all ages improve and maintain their health.

He is fluent in Spanish, is an avid golfer in his spare time and loves watching TV.
